This is our 12th edition of the Way Down East Calendar. With its wild and windswept beauty, we believe that rural Down East, Maine deserves a calendar of its own. This calendar captures authentic scenes from a classic lighthouse standing guard in spring to lobster boats set to haul out of a pristine harbor, and from a rosy-hued sunset reflected on the water to snowy seascapes at Christmas time. These beautiful locations are marked on a map included in the calendar to help folks locate them. We are proud that William Duncan, a fine artist who happens to be our neighbor and friend, designed the calendar again this year. Makes a great gift to be enjoyed all year long!
